Bought a new LG Window AC from Vaue Plus, Behl Chowk, Dehradun. The only problem faced was the installation process. None bothered neither at Value Plus nor at LG local service provider to tell that before installation customer is bound to have carpentar work at the installation site. Technicians came and went after opening the whole unit stating that call us wehn carpentar work has been done, My simple question is that why this was not mentioned ny Vaue Plus at the time of purchasing and later on why it was again not mentioned by the LG local service provider while nting donw the address? Before sending a technician they must have informe the customer about the carpentar work or send some one along with the technicians. When a customer is paying for the installation, he/ she can pay for the carpentar work too. Whats the big deal? Overall very bad experince. WHole day was wasted in waiting for the tehcnicians, calling the service centre and value plus respectively and still the result is a big zero.
