Here you find the people who do not stand on their own words. Buy a product and that will take atleast 7-8 days for installation. Staff is so good they do their work so sincerely like you call them for 8-10 times a day and the work get postponed to next day and on and on

Pros: They have good number of option to choose with. Cons: 1. Given a big store they dont offer you the best rates available in the market 2. The attitude of staff is not good. They great you at first and when you start asking question on prices available outside they will suddenly get rude Recommendation: Visit them and finalise what to buy, take the price quote and then try outside to see if there is better price. Take advantage of their good points (catalogue) and spare yourself from their bad points (rude attitude).

Don't trust these store people......... No loyalty, just these store people know how to cheat the people by using so much loyal words. I'm from South India. When I visited this Agra store for fridge, these people with soo much of loyal words....they suggested me to buy 92 litre fridge and told that, I can return it by 1or 2 years (if I have warranty) Now I'm asking them for return, just because I want to shift back to my native . But these people are not accepting it. Now they are asking, who will take second hand fridge. And telling that, take that fridge to my native. From 1 week, store manager not sent vendors atleast. Loyalty of the store working staff , manager totally poor. If they cannot take it return, then why they have to suggest to buy it with soo much of loyal words (that too when we are new to the city)

Scam, fraud! Value Plus Sanjay Place sold me a used and damaged Voltas AC as new. Buyers, beware! Always inspect your product before purchase and avoid this store if you want good service.
