Review for Value Plus Service I recently purchased an AC from Value Plus, paying ₹4,000 more than the online price solely for the promise of reliable after-sales support. Your employee, Sanjeev, assured me of prompt service and hassle-free support for any future issues. However, this has turned out to be nothing but empty promises. After installation, the AC stopped working. I contacted Sanjeev three times, and each time he promised to send someone for support. Yet, nobody has shown up, and I have not even received any follow-up or information. This is extremely frustrating. I trusted Value Plus for better service, but I feel cheated. If this is how you treat your customers after charging a premium, I seriously regret choosing Value Plus over online options. I expect an immediate resolution to this issue.

I recently purchased a cooler and they promised to deliver within 1-2 hrs and then they called and said... We will be delivering tomorrow. And when today I received I received demo product and they have that audacity to argue that's it's not of demo. I was told you don't fill water in it and use we will take back ... Pathetic it is ....
