Value plus staff doesn't share proper details of products, value plus staff cheats the customer. Eg. How much ton AC doesn't write on products this is find through the model number or cooling capacity. maximum customer have no knowledge to find out the ton and salesman doesn't share proper detail. I bought AC in 27 april and I paid for 1.5 ton and my bill also 1.5 ton AC but AC delivered to me 1.4 ton , after one month my know told me that it is 1.4 ton and find through the cooling capacity.when i went to value plus showroom ( crossing republik ) with this complaint, instead of accepting the mistake of theri team, they made me the accused. I purchased AC of LG 1.5 ton, 3 star. Kya aap AC replace krenge.?? Please answer me in chat

So here we have another review of cheating the customer by delivering a old product. Ever after confirming multiple times before booking the AC with value plus and the sales person Ankit Chaudahry assuring us that we will get 2025 model, they delivered 2024. When reached out Shikha from the store stated all the store rules to us but did not bother to offer a replacement. Pathetic.

❌ Extremely Disappointing Experience with Value Plus Retail ❌ One of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I've had with any retailer. I ordered an LG 1.5T Window AC (TW-Q18WUZA with Wi-Fi, as clearly advertised on the Value Plus Retail website). After making the payment, I received no confirmation message or update on delivery — despite their claim of “4-hour delivery.” No SMS, no email, nothing. Customer support was completely unhelpful and unresponsive. After multiple attempts, I was finally given the contact of the person handling online orders, whose attitude was shockingly casual and careless. He told me they don’t send confirmation messages and blamed me for not entering an email — even though their site marks email as optional! Eventually, I was directed to the nearest store, where I learned that the product I ordered does not even have Wi-Fi, contradicting what was advertised online. Even after sharing screenshots as proof, they acknowledged that the website listed wrong product details. To get the actual model with Wi-Fi, they asked me to pay an additional ₹6,000–₹8,000 — and even that wasn’t available. I had no choice but to force them to cancel the order. ⚠️ Key Issues: Misleading product details on the website No order confirmation post-payment Unresponsive and rude customer service Attempt to upsell and ask for more money for the product I originally paid for The Entire day after Payment from morning 6 PM till Evening, I was struggling to get in touch with the Customer Support and than you expect everything from the customer that customer understand your faults.

These people are cheating and making fool to their customers,we booked LG AC 2025 latest model but they sent old model of 2023 ,we requested them to replace it but they forced us to use this one only , really sad for us.

Very bad service, I have received defective product and despite being in warranty and multiple followup they are not ready to replace or fix the issue ..i have recieved 2/4 defective electronics product purchased from value plus
