I've visited this store twice to buy a Samsung phone and found their prices significantly inflated than Samsung Exclusive stores, with limited stock. The staff consistently pushes iPhones, using the phrase "an iPhone is an iPhone." One bearded employee, in particular, displays a strong bias against Samsung, often recommending Apple, or even Realme and Xiaomi. This personal bias, combined with inflated prices and poor availability, is extremely problematic while shopping for a device which almost costs a lakh.
