I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I've received. Yesterday, I purchased an air conditioner with the explicit promise of immediate installation at my flat. However, the AC has still not been installed. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact your company regarding this issue are being met with my number being blocked. This is not only incredibly unprofessional but also a blatant disregard for customer service. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and the AC to be installed without further delay. I also demand an explanation for the blocked calls.

Complaint Regarding Recent Air Conditioner Purchase Dear value plus/ LG AC 1.5 ton 5 star] I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of an air conditioner from your store on [18 apr 2025]. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. [As per company rules new installation should within 24 hours but installation was delayed and poorly handled, i calling again and again to Mr relationship manager Anurag he assured as per commitment installation should ASAP but installation not done yet. I had expected better quality and service, especially considering the investment made. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on the next steps to resolve the issue—whether it be a replacement, Regards Manoj kuntal

It's one of the best showroom for electronics items in the area. They have a wide range of products. The staff is nice and is always there to help you with product description. But the only down point according to me is that some people may find it's products a bit expensive. But then of course you can bargain the prices and ask for a final offer, and you will get it within minutes.

Don't purchase products from value plus mathura showroom.....very bad in customer service as they are not even returning our extra paid amount of 530 rs ..for this amount we have say again and again when you will return this amount no hearing of anything
