I have purchased carrier A/c of 1.5 T through value plus fron Agra on 12/05/2022 .It is showing PO; very bad performance and bad service also. In the Ac PCV is not working. We are raising complaints for 10 to 12 times but no one is listening. I am suggesting to all don’t purchase carrier a/c . I am the victim. Don’t purchase through value plus also bsc after purchasing they give us extended warranty but after multiple attempts they are not listening not resolving it it's been a year no response from their side.
